About Authentc Men

A men’s community where you don’t have to pretend

Authentc Men is an online men’s community for emotional strength, real connection, and personal growth. Through men’s groups, somatic practices, and brotherhood, we help men feel steady on the inside, not just look it on the outside.

No performance. No fixing. Just real work.

Why We Exist

Plenty of men look fine from the outside. They’re doing well at work, showing up for their families, and handling a list that never gets shorter. Underneath, many feel isolated, stressed, and shut down, with no one they can really talk to. Most of us learned to perform strength instead of feel it.

Authentc Men was built to change that. Men grow when they feel safe enough to be honest, grounded enough to feel what’s true, and supported enough to change.

This work isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about coming back to who you are.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

You don’t have to do this alone.

A different model of masculinity

The old model of stoic, isolated, and always performing looks strong from a distance. Up close, it leaves men cut off from themselves and the people they love.

Strength includes emotional awareness. Leadership includes presence. Integrity includes honesty. Brotherhood includes accountability.

We help men build masculinity that’s grounded, relational, and real. It shows up in how you live as a father, partner, leader, and friend.

How we support men

Practical, embodied, and relational. Change comes from experience, repetition, and the support of other men, so that’s how we work.

We combine live virtual men’s groups, somatic (body-based) practices, guided conversations on relationships, fatherhood, and purpose, and an online brotherhood on Skool that keeps you connected between meetings.

What men build here:

  • Calm and presence under pressure

  • Emotional awareness and self-trust

  • Clear, honest communication

  • Closer, stronger relationships

  • A life lived with integrity and purpose

No talking in circles. No performing personal growth.

Real change comes through experience, repetition, support, and brotherhood.

Who We are

Authentc Men was created by dads, leaders, and practitioners with backgrounds in mental health, somatic work, education, business, and group facilitation.

We share one belief: men need spaces where they can be honest, challenged, supported, and connected. We don’t stand above this work. We do it too.

Everything we teach is grounded in lived experience and a genuine commitment to helping men grow.

Phillip and Dan met at their first men’s retreat. Both had spent years on their own growth, and both left wanting the same thing: to help other men find what they had found.

Meet Dan

Co-Founder · Therapist & Somatic Practitioner

Dan didn’t come to this work because he had it figured out. He came because he didn’t. As a therapist, somatic practitioner, and men’s group facilitator, he asks one question: what actually helps men change at a deeper level?

His path through clinical work, entrepreneurship, loss, and rebuilding taught him that men heal when they reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and each other.

Today he supports men who look fine on the outside but feel disconnected underneath, with a strong belief that men grow best in real brotherhood.
